Madrid will always be home for me – Morata

Chelsea forward, Alvaro Morata has stated that in spite of his hunger for first-team football which made him seek a move away from Madrid last summer to come to London at the home of the Blues, Madrid will always be home for him and Real Madrid will always be his club.
The Spaniard completed a move away from Real for the second time in his career having spent two successful seasons at Juventus earlier but was picked up again by Los Blancos then. With his latest interview, it is yet to be seen if there is another likely return to Madrid on the cards for the 25-year old.
Since arriving in the Premier League for a reported fee of around £60million last July, the stylish striker has scored ten goals and is currently sidelined with a back injury.
In an interview with Movistar+, he insisted that although he is very happy at Stamford Bridge as he is relishing life in the Premier League but he will not dismiss the option of a possible return to Spain.
He said: “Obviously I have total respect for Chelsea, who made a huge effort to sign me and I’m very happy here,”
“But Madrid will always be Madrid for me.”
Moratfavouriteas fans’ favorite at Santiago Bernabeu came through the club’s academy to establish himself as an A-class attacker in Europe. He scored 31 goals for Madrid during his time with the club.
