We will treat Palace the way we were treated at the Emirates – Allardyce

Everton Manager, Sam Allardyce has declared that the club is ready to pick a positive side from their last week 5-1 thrashing at the Emirates as they are keen on making Palace go through the same pain when they visit the Goodison Park today.
Roy Hodgson’s Palace had witnessed a sudden resurgence having gone the first ten games of the season without a win. They travel to the Merseyside today to face the Toffees who are still licking their wounds from the battering they suffered last week.
Allardyce described his side’s performance against the Gunners as Pathetic but he is confident that his team will follow in Wenger’s men footsteps to punish their visitors today as they hold on to their fine home record.
He said: “Focusing on our home form, we have won three, drawn two and lost one since I have been here,”
“Our home form is very good and it is our best way of staying in the top half and first of all, avoiding the threat of relegation – and it has to be continued, starting with Crystal Palace on Saturday.
“Yes, away results are not so good, but our home form is pretty good at this moment in time and it is only Manchester United who has beaten us at Goodison in our last six games, which is a positive for us to look at.
“Like Arsenal who went to Swansea and lost pretty comfortably, they come back and play really, really well and beat us comfortably.
“We want to repeat that if we can against my old club Crystal Palace.”
