Paris Saint Germain Manager, Unai Emery has stated that he is unconcerned with speculations regarding his future at the Paris club as he is only living in the moment.
Chelsea Manager, Antonio Conte has been tipped to be one of the leading potential replacement for the Spanish Manager alongside former Chelsea Manager, Andre Villas-Boas, who had worked with PSG sporting director Antero Henrique at their time at Porto and former Manchester City Manager, Roberto Mancini.
While speaking at a press conference ahead of his side’s trip to Lyon, Emery insisted that he is not troubled about his future and he is only focused on enjoying each moment as they come.
He said: “It’s true that I don’t think of the future, I’m very happy here, and it’s a personal challenge for me.
“I’m focusing on my work each and every day so that I can make the most of everything.
“Every game at the Parc [des Princes] is huge, I see it as a privilege. I really want to do great things here. I am calm.”
Meanwhile, Roberto Mancini earlier today confirmed that he has never been contacted by Paris Saint Germain although he did say “I would like to coach PSG and it is possible, why not? Today they have a good coach who works well but in football, you never know.”
