Benevento eye Samir Nasri

Serie A side, Benevento has been reportedly linked with former Arsenal midfielder, Samir Nasri who terminated the contract with Turkish club, Antalyaspor a few week ago as a result of the club’s financial difficulties.
The France International who came to limelight as a very talented winger during his stint with the Gunners surprisingly rejected Arsenal when Manchester City came calling and went on to join Emmanuel Adebayor and Kolo Toure who also left the Emirates for Etihad.
He had a difficult time at Manchester with his time finally coming to an end when the current city Manager, Pep Guardiola took over.
Benevento announced the signing of another former Arsenal man who equally left for City, Bacary Sagna last week and it now appears that they might also bring in Nasri as well to take the club out of the relegation waters.
According to other reports, Cameroonian, Alexandre Song is also likely to join the Italian club as his name is been muttered among the club fans and as he is available as a free agent after leaving Rubin Kazan last summer, the deal might just become a reality in a matter of days.
He [Song] currently trains at the Emirates to keep his fitness level as he is without a club.
